Our PGI Identifies the Sicilian olive growing tradition of respect for excellent quality: union of varietal, environmental factors and cultivation techniques typical of our territory. The oil extracted from the blend of olives grown in the Sciacca area makes it possible to obtain a Sicilian IGP oil which reflects the quality and tradition required by the specification. Cultivation, manual harvesting and cutting-edge milling methods make it possible to obtain a lightly veiled oil, golden yellow in color with intense green hues, with hints of artichoke and tomato
